5 books summary for getting rich

1) The intelligent investor This book is called the Bible of investment and it's recommended by many top investors like Warren Buffet. The Author is Benjamin Graham. The book includes 20 chapters. Pages = 591. And the publisher is Harper The main part of this book is about value investing which means buying securities that appear under priced by some form of fundamental analysis which is discussed in the books Apart from this the book has talked about two types of investor one is defensive and one is enterprising. The defensive investor is one who is unwilling, or unable, to put in the time and effort required to be an enterprising investor. Instead of an active approach, the defensive investor seeks a portfolio that requires minimal effort, research, and monitoring. And many more things are included in this book. However,I would not recommend this book to beginners because it has a lot of technical terms which are quite hard and sometimes boring to read. 2) The four pillars of investing Author = William J Bernstein Publisher = The McGraw-Hill Companies, Introduction = Why is investing important? Investing ensures present and future long-term financial security 📷. The money generated from your investments can provide financial security and income. So here a review on one of the best investing books in the world📷 The Author discusses the four things which he considered as the pillar of investing without knowing that you are bound to fail in  investing📷 Those pillars are 🧱 1) Theory 2) History 3) Psychology 4) Business Theory section includes an understanding of day to day working of the stock market and not getting affected by it. The history section is about understanding past financial crises in the stock market without knowing the history of the stock market you can never create your future in it. Psychology section includes  the understanding of our emotions. You need to understand your emotions and handle it properly because men's worst enemy is something he himself only. And the last part is business which proves that stockbrokers and investment firms are not your friends; they are there for themselves only. 3) Unshakable Author = Tony Robbins with Peter Mallouk Publisher= Simon and Schuster You know we're living in strange times when even the greatest financial minds admit to be confused by Author This is a short, wisdom rich and crisply written book. And is written in quite simple language so those who are not investing should read it and take what is said to heart. This book gives the importance of proper times in  which one should invest. And most proper time to invest is when the market is down because according to many studies whenever the market is down and people have thought to sell their shares they have made a great mistake. Eg after 2008 financial crisis market has gone up like never before Another facts which are included are 1) On average correction ( when market falls by 10%) happens one in a year. 80% of correction never turn into bear market. Such types of facts are told in this book. I highly recommend this book to everyone. The book has total 9 chapter and last one which is psychology of wealth is a must read one and it includes eye opening facts. Every single bear market in US history has been followed by a bull market without exception. by TONY Robbins Tony is right now the world number one motivational speaker and his books are always fun to read 4)Rich dad and poor dad I don't think it is possible for a person to create a huge wealth without reading this book So what this book is about. It is a story of a man named Robert who had a father with very narrow thinking and had his friends father with entrepreneur thinking. Both had different views regarding world and wealth .Eg one thinks that school knowledge is sufficient to earn money while others think that true knowledge from books and mentors will only help us in the outside world. So Robert had to decide which advice to follow ?? which he took very smartly. Apart from this the book includes various principles and tricks to earn wealth. Also it includes tricks to avoid tax by opening a corporation. One of the amazing things which I learned from the book was the new definition of ASSET and liabilities. ie anything which contributes you in increasing your wealth is an asset while anything which removes money from your pocket is a liability. eg thinking that your car is an asset is wrong its a liability its value diminishes by 40% when you buy and yearly depreciation also happens on the other hand land if you purchase is an asset as its value get increased with time and you can get money from it by putting it on rent. So guys this is a must book which you need to read if you are planning to earn billions of rupees in future. 5) Think and grow rich This is a book about Napoleon hill who had studied the life of wealthy people all over the world for 20 years. The idea of book started with a conversation with Andrew Carnage when he ask him to know the secret of getting rich without any second thought the author told yes and then a wonderful journey started few principle which author learn during his life are 1) If you want to get rich you need to have a burning desire for it. 2) Nothing can ever be achieved without consciously trying for it and people who achieved great wealth are also no exception so Persistence is a must. 3) Importance of team 4) Having faith in yourself and God
